Hello ladies and gentlemen.  After a long weekend of transferring files and typing descriptions and tweaking themes and making images, the new DemonRally website is complete.  As you can see, the colors match the colors on the new car in the header image.

That’s right, the DemonRally Team has acquired a new rally car.  We’ll be spending the winter preparing it to our high standards. We will debut the car competitively at Doo Wops 2009, provided that all goes according to plan and that finances are available for our participation.

Stay tuned here for updates.  Look for some build pictures in the technical photos.  Look for some ways you can support us (buying parts or merchandise, for example).  Keep watching as we get prepared for a full NW season of rally in 2009.

the car is rolling around and visiting various sights around the city. it took gus to the DCI BBQ on 4-5-08. it visited the dyno on 4-6-08. it may head out on a little cruise with some other early VW’s on 4-12-08. everything is pretty sorted and we’re filling in the final details for our trip to eastern washington. it should be fun.

preparation is happening for the Olympus Rally. we’re getting the car back together, improving the design of some car bits, drilling holes in our helmets for head and neck protection, and generally getting ready for some fun in eastern Washington. Dyno time is on the agenda as well as a little gravel testing to make sure everything is sorted. More news to come in the following weeks before our next event!
